2011 Events Oct. 15th -10:00 AM - It's My Park Day -a great time to work with other members and volunteers to prepare the garden for winter.
May 21st - It's My Park Day - was a great success! June 25th - The Garden People 30th Anniversary Party - was enjoyed by members, volunteers, guests and neighborhood residents, especially the children. Click Here for YouTube Tribute
2010 Events October 23rd was Fall It's My Park Day and our Fall Full Membership Work Day 2009 Events Fall It's My Park Day was rained out on October 24th and was re-scheduled to the 25th. It's My Park Day was May 16th, 10 AM to 1 PM. A good time was enjoyed by all who participated.
2008 Events Saturday, October 25th, 2008 was It's My Park Day, a day for community work projects. Sept. 21, 2008 was our FlOWER POWER FALL FLING, showcasing artists who have derived inspiration from the Garden for their pictures, photographs and paintings. Music provided by the Kuri Jazz Trio. Saturday, May 17, 2008 was Spring "It's My Park! Day". We had a successful day restoring and painting the garden fence. 2007 Events Sat., October 20, 2007 was our Fall Work Day. Almost 40 members and volunteers participated and enjoyed the cool breezes and sunshine. 2006 Events 25th Anniversary Fair was held on June 10, 2006. Fair weather encouraged a large turnout of well-wishers and gardeners who were treated to a display of art inspired by the garden, works by the students of nearby P.S. 166 and speeches by officials from the Riverside Park Fund and NYC Parks.
