Membership is open to all residents of New York City over the age of 18, who are willing and able to make the necessary commitment of time and effort, to include paying dues, attending annual meetings and attending bi-annual work days. The Garden People is committed to encouraging participation of members of all races, ethnic origins, economic statuses, ages, religions, genders, and sexual orientations.
